Healing

Step outside to step inside

Sometimes when you take yourself out of your normal, every day context, out of the roles in your life, out of the culture and paradigms that fill your thoughts and then throw yourself into the unknown- a new culture, new place, new experience- you discover a new part of yourself- that isn't new at all. You release the form and identity you have given yourself and come across you- free and boundless, a totally unique expression of All That Is.

Healing Comes from Within

Stop searching for health and wholeness outside of you. You are already enough, just as you are, right now. Come feel what that feels like, total acceptance of oneself and the whole of infinite possibilities.

Namaste

This is an experience, not an expression. I recognize the divine in you which is also in me or I feel the place where we are One. When you connect in this way with others, without intention or expectation, just pure attention, the boundaries and judgments disappear and there is nothing but unity.
